WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IT’S PAST THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

  1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
  2. Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. You can email info@yogapantstore.com for assistance.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AT ALL. WHAT DO I DO?

We care about our customers and want to deliver the orders as fast as possible. In some cases – mostly due to the performance of the local postal services – orders can be lost or stuck. If you did not receive your order within 20 days from the date of shipping we will usually resend your order after we have investigated the case.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION MAIL OR A MAIL INDICATING THE SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?

Please check your spam folder. We receive feedback that gmail puts our mails straight to your spam folder. You will find the Spam folder under “More” in your account. We do not mean the “ads” oder “social” filter.

WHAT DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

The delivery costs depend on the order quantity and the destination country. The costs are calculated dynamically in the checkout and displayed “live” by our shipping partners. In no case do we charge more than the shipping partner requests.

Do you accept exchanges/ returns?

We will issue returns/ exchanges in ALL the following cases:

  • The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
  • The product has arrived in a damaged condition
  • The item arrived in poor quality
  • The estimated time of arrival has lapsed 

* Returned products to be shipped at customer’s expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color or size.

My shipping address is incorrect. Can I change it?

 

Yes, as long as we haven’t shipped your order out yet. Just send us an email ASAP and we’ll fix it.

We offer a worldwide delivery for all products shown on this website. Just select your country of residence in the checkout. There a very few countries which are not shown in the dropdown menu. We partner with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience:
