We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Do you accept exchanges/ returns?

We will issue returns/ exchanges in ALL the following cases:

  • The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
  • The product has arrived in a damaged condition
  • The item arrived in poor quality
  • The estimated time of arrival has lapsed 

* Returned products to be shipped at customer’s expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color or size.

  1. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  3. To start a return, you can contact us at All sent products are marked with a return address set by default to the manufacturing facility. Please do not send returns there before requesting a return from us. We will provide the return address when requested.
  4. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  5. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  6. Returns for size exchanges are at our discretion, and shipping is the buyer’s expense. Some items which are for personal use (e.g. Headbands and Face Masks) cannot be returned.
  7. We cannot guarantee that the colours and details in our website images are 100% accurate representations of a product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.  Returns for minor variations in size or colour are at our discretion.
  8. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • Sealed goods – We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

  • Damages and issues – Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items – Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as face masks and headbands).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Exchanges  – The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and make a request for an exchange.
  • Refunds  – We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
